Gotu Kola: What is it & How it Helps Your Skin
- Gotu kola is rich in antioxidants, which are perfect for anti-ageing. The plant is a member of the parsley family and is highly regarded in India, perhaps as one of the most spiritual of all herbs. It grows in some areas of the Himalayas where it is used by yogis to improve meditation.
- The herb is also great for fading acne scars and preventing new ones from forming, and offers some brightening of your skin. This will help your skin recover after acne
- Because it is so powerful, make sure you do an allergy test patch first in case you don’t react well to it
